Walk onalready warm.

On Friday 23 October, Elbląg hosts the WDSF World Championship Standard Senior IV and seven more senior competitions. The evening before, we put you on the floor: two Standard group lessons, an exclusive practice and a private lesson — so you compete having already danced your routines and had a coach look at them.

Before you ask

Straight answers.

Where is it — in the competition hall?

No. The camp runs at Centrum Spotkań Europejskich „Światowid", Pl. Kazimierza Jagiellończyka 1, a few minutes across town from the competition venue.

Do I have to be competing to come?

No. If you are in Elbląg that week, the Thursday evening is open to you.

I compete on Saturday or Sunday, not Friday.

You are welcome, and plenty of couples like having the work done in advance. But be aware the evening is Thursday 22 October — if you dance on Sunday, that is three days ahead. The included private lesson can be taken on any of the three camp days, which gives you some room.

Is this Standard only?

Yes. The groups on Thursday evening are Standard.

What level are the groups?

Mixed, but all senior. The coach works with what is in the room rather than running a fixed syllabus.

How do I book my private lesson?

Pay here first. You then get the lesson request form, where you choose your coach and your day. Extra private lessons beyond the included one are paid on site, directly to the coach.

Can I upgrade to the full camp later?

Yes — write to us and we charge the difference. Easier before 2 October, while Early Bird applies to both.

Thursday 22 October · 18:00 – 20:15

You will already be here on Thursday.

Two hours and a quarter on a proper floor, with coaches watching, the evening before you compete. You arrive on Friday warm, checked and sure of what you are dancing.
